• SMC Executive Committee Meeting
• Legislative/Industry Update:  This session will focus on what issues are currently taking place with regard to the Trucking Industry as well as a forecast on items we will be addressing during the next Legislative Session.
• SMC: Spill Response: Complying With TCEQ Rules and Regulations
  FMC: Maximizing Tire Life: The Latest with regards to changes in rolling resistance requirements, heat buildup with aerodynamic trucks, and increased tire pressure recommendations.   
• TX Dept. of Public Safety Update        
  Representatives with the TX Dept. of Public Safety will discuss trucking issues and initiatives here in Texas. In addition, hear CVSA updates. This session will allow attendees to discuss issues with the officials.
• US Dept. of Transportation
  Representatives will address a number of topics to include Crash Data, TTI research, upcoming Regulatory Changes, Programs and Initiatives.
• SMC: Utilizing Technology To Manage Your Fleet. It can be a benefit but if you don’t take action to address information provided by using technology, it can be detrimental in court.
• FMC: Engine panel:  Addressing the everchanging EPA requirements.
  Will also discuss advances in electric and hydrogen fueled trucks.
• SMC: Driver Recruiting and the regulations that recruiters need to know before deciding if a driver is qualified.  Learn what recruiters need to know.
• FMC: ReGen: Somebody Has To Do It.  
  This session will focus on best practices for ReGen and the costs associated if you do and costs if you don’t.
