FLAGFA Pre-Conference Workshop: CAFM Boot Camp, Discipline – Maintenance Management Certificate Course – September 2024

Vehicle maintenance directly impacts productivity, driver satisfaction, corporate image, safety, environmental compliance, and the financial bottom line. This course will enhance understanding of, and ability to communicate, essential maintenance principals to in-house or outsourced maintenance personnel, drivers, and management. Topics will include Vehicle Maintenance, Shop Operation, Environmental Issues, Inventory Management, Performance Monitoring, Outsourcing, and Maintenance Staffing.

• Online Exam – First sitting is included. Additional sittings may be purchased if needed.
